With the 2016 Summer Games underway, there’s lots of talk regarding everything having to do with this epic event. Some popular topics include: which athletes are participating, which countries have a shot of winning, and how the beautiful host city of Rio is handling all of the sudden attention.

While the entire world turns its attention to Rio, we decided to get in on the fun ourselves by celebrating it the way we do best – by incorporating fun and spirited homes into the mix.

In honor of the gold, silver and bronze medals awarded to athletes, we’re taking a look at medal-worthy homes right here on Oahu.

The three medals symbolize much more than an individual prize; they represent each winning country’s potential and strength in competition. And this year’s Rio design is all about displaying triumph. On one side, there is Nike, goddess of victory, and the other features laurel leaves, a symbol of success in ancient Greece.

Homes on Oahu are all winners in our eyes, but we decided to take a look at estates that are in the price points of around $1 million, $5 million and $10 million to represent “gold,” “silver” and “bronze.”

Here are the homes we’re awarding our Summer Games medals to:
