Ah, March 17…a time to turn your attention away from tropical bliss and transport yourself to another island…the Emerald Island to be exact. Take it up a notch this year and infuse your home with some “Luck o’ the Irish” with these cute St. Patrick’s Day decoration ideas:

Lay out pots of gold for your guests or family members to find around the house. Paint regular mini ceramic pots with acrylic paint. For the gold glitter rim, apply Mod Podge along the inside of the lip and sprinkle on glitter, then attach the sticker outline of the shamrock to the front of the pot and use the same steps as the pot rim to sprinkle on the gold glitter. Everyone will surely be delighted to find these pots of gold at the ends of their rainbows.

Paper Shamrocks

These paper shamrocks are super easy to make and look great when they are hung from the ceiling. The process is similar to when you make Valentine’s Day hearts, but requires a little more gluing and attaching. Use solid green paper for a cohesive look or change it up with patterned green stripes.
