Maria Olipas, a Star Advertiser coupon instructor and couponing extraordinaire, will be offering her Coupon 101 course on Saturday, July 5, at the Honolulu Star Advertiser Kapolei Plant (reservation required). Here she will go over basic couponing skills that includes coupon organization, terminology, redemption, and coupon etiquette.  This introductory course will help the new couponer learn how to get started and can also help experienced couponers hone and enhance their skills at saving money.
