Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties ranked as the number-one real estate brand on Oahu’s housing market for total sales volumes in 2015, according to Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data.
With sales volume of nearly $1.4 billion in 2015, or nearly 13 percent market share, Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties surpassed Locations LLC, Keller Williams Honolulu, Better Homes and Gardens Advantage Realty, List Sothebys International Realty, Century 21 All Islands, Elite Pacific Properties LLC and a host of smaller real estate brokerages to take the top spot in the market. CBP’s sales volume, excluding project sales, increased 5 percent in 2015 compared to the firm’s volume in 2014.
In addition, Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties ranked ahead of all other Hawaii real estate companies for luxury homes sales on Oahu in 2015. With more than $329 million in total sales volume for homes sold at $1.5 million and above, Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties had nearly double the sales volume of its closest competitor, Choi International, which had a total sales volume of $172 million.
